What do I need to bring to the first appointment?
- A referral from your GP (if not already emailed or uploaded to the patient portal)
- Medicare Card and Private Health Insurance Card
- Any blood tests arranged by your GP
- Any ultrasounds or scans arranged by your GP
Can my partner/family member/support person come to the appointment?
Absolutely, your partner, family member or support person is very welcome to come to the appointment and either come into the consult with you or wait in the wait room – it is purely up to you and what you feel most comfortable with.
What if I need to change or cancel my appointment?
Please call the rooms on (02) 9489 8714 as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your appointment.
Where are you located?
- My rooms are in Suite 307 in the Parkway SAN Clinic, which is at 172 Fox Valley Road.
- This building is not on the hospital grounds, but on the opposite side of Fox Valley Road and the corner of The Comenarra Parkway, near the large traffic light intersection.
- There is underground parking, and there are two entrances to the carpark (one off Fox Valley Road, and the other off The Comenarra Parkway).
- The carpark is privately run by Point Parking, please refer to their website for pricing.
- Prior to your first appointment we will send you a link to our Google Map location as well.
What is your payment policy?
- Payment is required on the day of consultation.
